This deliverable outlines the GRETA communication, dissemination, and exploitation strategy. It describes the various elements linked to project promotion, stakeholder interaction and dissemination of the results. Furthermore, the deliverable introduces the joint exploitation strategy as well as project’s social media strategy.
D8.4 Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan

This deliverable outlines the GRETA risk assessment and mitigation plan. It describes the modules of risk management and lists the identified risks per severity. Furthermore, the deliverable introduces the implementation of risk management and illustrates the use of a wiki-page as a space for easy access and use in order to both perform and maintain the risk assessment and mitigate the risks.
D8.2 Project Guidelines and Management Plan

This plan contains a collection of instructions and decisions regarding project management and coordination. Its objective is to provide useful information to all partners about processes, practices and policies that will be followed during the project implementation for decision-making, work planning, communication, document management, deliverables’ quality management and reporting purposes.
D8.1 Key Performance Indicators: Definitions and Methods

This deliverable assesses the range of preliminary project-level KPIs produced at the proposal stage. The analysis offers a generalized check for suitability and comprehensive characterization of each of the KPIs. A KPI framework is defined for GRETA based on the international good practices from generic and domain-specific literature. The finally selected KPIs are described into dedicated KPI description tables, annexed to this deliverable.
D7.1 Stakeholder Engagement Framework

GRETA’s stakeholder engagement framework offers foundational methods to be used for identifying, mapping and segmenting GRETA’s stakeholders and case study participants. It is a strategic framework for more detailed and concrete stakeholder and case study participant engagement plans to be created by the GRETA case studies.
