This deliverable introduces the project website and its development phases and structure. It also outlines how the website serves as a platform for stakeholder interaction.

This report presents the Ethics and Privacy Management Plan of the GRETA project that aims at producing rich, actionable insights to support the design of EU policies that more effectively engage citizens in the ongoing energy transition. GRETA activities include stakeholder engagement, data management, and result dissemination with direct involvement of end-users. This report summarizes the key ethical and privacy requirements and guidelines that must be applied in the project’s research activities to safeguard individual participants’ dignity and comply with national and European regulations.

This report is the first version of the Data Management Plan(DMP) of the GRETA project that aims to investigate what factors are crucial for the emergence of Energy Citizenship at the local and national levels. This DMP follows H2020 guidelines and comprises: (1) the description of the diverse types of data that will be managed and how they will be collected and generated; (2) the main purposes behind data processing and analysis; (3) the methods and standards that will be applied to allow interoperability and reusability of the information generated in the project; (4) the mechanisms adopted to guarantee that data is securely curated, stored, and shared during and after the duration of the project thus complying with national and EU legislation; (5) the processes used to assure the participants’ privacy is preserved in compliance with national and EU legislation.

This document addresses the management and safeguarding of proprietary knowledge and IPR produced in the GRETA project. It also puts forward a collectively agreed strategy on access rights to background and results (foreground), as well as the exploitation of project results.

This deliverable outlines the GRETA quality assessment plan. It describes the quality-related aspects that are important for any project. Furthermore, the deliverable introduces the implementation of quality assessment and its processes. It illustrates simple but effective quality assessment measures in order to plan, deliver, maintain and upgrade the quality of project outputs.

This deliverable outlines the GRETA communication, dissemination, and exploitation strategy. It describes the various elements linked to project promotion, stakeholder interaction and dissemination of the results. Furthermore, the deliverable introduces the joint exploitation strategy as well as project’s social media strategy.

This deliverable outlines the GRETA risk assessment and mitigation plan. It describes the modules of risk management and lists the identified risks per severity. Furthermore, the deliverable introduces the implementation of risk management and illustrates the use of a wiki-page as a space for easy access and use in order to both perform and maintain the risk assessment and mitigate the risks.

This plan contains a collection of instructions and decisions regarding project management and coordination. Its objective is to provide useful information to all partners about processes, practices and policies that will be followed during the project implementation for decision-making, work planning, communication, document management, deliverables’ quality management and reporting purposes.

This deliverable assesses the range of preliminary project-level KPIs produced at the proposal stage. The analysis offers a generalized check for suitability and comprehensive characterization of each of the KPIs. A KPI framework is defined for GRETA based on the international good practices from generic and domain-specific literature. The finally selected KPIs are described into dedicated KPI description tables, annexed to this deliverable.
